STAMFORD — Lizzie Swan is a singer and instrumentalist for two bands; a music teacher at area schools and elderly facilities; and a mother of two. She is also the recipient of a national award for her music. Swan, 40, who formed the family music group "Swingset Mamas" with her friend Marlowe Bechmann, 39, now of Texas, was recently awarded the iParenting Media Award for the group's 2005 album "Dance Around the House."
